Stripping the car out and preperation for the new engine. I was surprised at how clean and rust free the car is, I've kept it by the sea for the last 3 years, outside. The front end is totally stripped and the engine has come out. Rust rubbed down, treated and then a couple of coats of anti-rust primer put on the affected areas

The pictures above show the engine bay after cleaning, rubbing down the rust and applying primer. This was left for a week and then coated with some Hammerite spray. The results are shown below. Certainly starting to look a lot better. (First two pics show a before and after!)
Engine Installation... (Feb 2008)
A few months pass by...... The car is now looking much more like it means business. Engine is in and running and the wiring just needs some finsihing touches. New wheels are on with new tyres. I'll let the pictures do the talking!
